Autonomous dispatch once felt far off, but it’s now firmly within reach.
We began our journey toward autonomous dispatch in 2020, partnering with Kwik Trip to deliver the industry’s first AI-enabled fuel supply and dispatch platform. Over the past five years, we’ve steadily advanced the technology and refined the solution in real-world operations.
In the last year alone, we made major gains across our automation models. Our Auto-Order engine now dynamically responds to price movements and supply disruptions, automatically adjusting orders in near real time. We also achieved meaningful breakthroughs in Auto-Dispatch route optimization, with enhancements spanning driver carding, dynamic hazmat routing, and deadhead reduction.
As we look ahead to our 2026 roadmap, we will continue investing aggressively in these capabilities, bringing the industry closer to truly autonomous fuel dispatch and delivering measurable value for our customers.

Gravitate’s rapid growth has been fueled largely by customer referrals, driven by real-world results that speak for themselves.
In a recent Study Groups webinar, Eamonn Clark from Sheetz/CLI Transport talked about how Gravitate’s AI went head-to-head with their lead dispatcher and completed in 2 minutes what traditionally required 45 minutes of manual effort. This kind of transformative efficiency not only validates the power of Gravitate’s technology but also inspires customers to share their experience with peers, making referrals one of the strongest drivers of our continued success.
New Gravitate Modules & Features
In 2025, we partnered with three of the largest fuel common carriers to build an AI-driven, fuel-centric transportation management system (TMS). We began with our proven Supply & Dispatch platform—already trusted by some of the largest c-store chains and private fleets—and extended it into a purpose-built TMS designed specifically for the complexities of fuel logistics.
Building on this foundation, we delivered a suite of deeply integrated capabilities that span the full operational lifecycle. We introduced a flexible freight billing engine, a comprehensive driver pay module, and advanced driver tracking powered by real-time geolocation data. We also launched Crossroads, our integration hub that enables seamless, bi-directional connectivity between retailers and carriers, creating a more connected, transparent, and efficient fuel logistics ecosystem.
