Momentum continues to build at Gravitate. From strong industry engagement at WPMA to leadership expansion and continued platform investment, the signals are clear: the fuel supply chain is entering its next phase of modernization. In this issue, we share what we’re seeing in the market and how we are building to help fuel retailers, wholesalers, and carriers improve visibility, execution, and margin control.
AI isn't a future conversation, it's driving real product development now. From new platforms to micro-services layered onto existing software, the market for intelligent supply chain solutions is expanding fast. Gravitate is building with this momentum, developing a new platform and a suite of connectors designed to meet the industry where it's heading.
A consistent theme from our conversations with carriers and retailers: most operational challenges don't stem from execution, they stem from delayed or incomplete data. Late inventory readings, allocation gaps, and fragmented communication all create downstream problems. It's exactly what Gravitate Crossroads was built to solve.
The window between placing an order and fuel hitting the tank is where things break down. Retailers are looking for tools that give them real-time visibility and control: the ability to track status, adjust supply, and ensure execution rather than hope for it.
Major oil brands continue to lose volume as retailers invest in their own identity over carrying a major's flag. For the supply chain, this opens new doors, particularly around supply optimization for operators with more flexibility in how they source fuel.
Gravitate is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Parker as Vice President of Delivery. Edward brings proven leadership and deep experience driving results across the convenience, fuel, and operational supply-chain sectors.
As VP of Delivery, Edward will lead Gravitate’s delivery organization with full accountability for the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale implementations. His focus will be on ensuring measurable client outcomes and delivering meaningful impact across the fuel supply chain.
In this role, Edward will prioritize:
“I’m excited to join Gravitate and partner with our customers on outcomes that matter. From better pricing decisions, to stronger operational performance, to ultimately helping them obtain autonomous fuel dispatch. My focus is building a delivery system clients can trust: clear commitments, strong communication, and measurable results.” — Edward Parker
"The stuff we’re building at Gravitate right now is some of the most exciting work I’ve been a part of in my career."
There are moments as a founder where you feel like you’re just grinding every day… and then there are moments where you can see the pieces coming together and realize you might actually be building something really special. We’re in one of those moments. I wish I could share more about what’s coming, but for now I’ll just say this: the team at Gravitate is working on some things that we believe could meaningfully change how parts of our industry operate."
